Owner, Manager and Leasing Agent

2200 Pennsylvania Avenue is owned and managed by BXP, a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). Founded in 1970, BXP became a public company in 1997. BXP's portfolio is primarily premier workplace space, but also includes hotels and industrial buildings. Leasing for 2200 Pennsylvania Avenue is managed in-house.
